These drugs, a mix of Acepromazine, Atropine and Bupronex are given to relax little Barbie and also as an analgesic for pain relief. Then, she is induced with Ketamine and Valium.

Next, the anesthesia unit, which mixes Isoflurane and oxygen -- to supply Barbie the right mixture to keep her pleasantly asleep -- !!

Here's our girl, happily knocked out, and getting a little shave around her surgery area...

Then, the area is cleaned...

... and her tongue monitor is clipped on...
