My friend and I called the owner was rather uncaring.
He told us that he is bringing this puppy to a kill shelter by the end of the month due to his moving.

My friend and I would be more than willing to transport this puppy to a place where it would be safe and cared for, as well as make a donation."

"Can you offer advice? I know that there are so many unadopted dogs who get killed in shelters- I just thought I would try to see if I could find a solution for this one puppy.
