I received the following yesterday --

"I have a terrible situation on my hands. There is a pit bull mix tied up with a chain next door.The owners have misused and tortured this animal."

"I have been feeding her for about 3-4 months and have taken her from an emaciated state to an almost healthy state. But now I am told that if APL takes her, she may be put down. I need some help and guidance to save this dog."

"She has suffered starvation, lack of water and even her puppies being stolen."

Well, the only happy thing about this story is her angel's naming this girl --

-- Lola.

Lola is in the Cleveland Ohio area, and she needs help asap --

-- she doesn't need well-wishing, pats on the back, "atta-girls" --

-- no, she needs a foster home, or an adopter to step up.

She will be spayed and assessed behaviorally prior to her placement.

Thank you, 100%, to her rescuer, and curse to her abusers --

-- thank God he has a good memory, and these animals will pay for their sins.
