I received a couple of emails in the past day -- here's Sarge -- his rescue momma writes --

"I took this off the pound petfinder...this is the "boxer/bulldog" mix they sent down. He looks American Bulldog and is a very handsome boy"

To me, he looks just sad, in his mug shot --

-- he is AVAILABLE for adoption though, which may turn his tides -- !!

Next, I received --

"I need some help if you can. I have four dogs that are very urgent.

Franklin is the choc and white male neutered around 3 years old. Moochie and Franklin were adopted out together over 2 years ago. They have been getting out of the owners yard and being pit bulls, neighbors were getting upset.
They are not vicious to any person.

Moochie only likes Franklin and no other dog. Franklin likes other dogs. The police took her to court for vicious dog, dog at large and her neighbors were wanting the dogs gone one way or another."

"So she turned them back in to us before the court date so the court could not make her have them put down. They are both housebroken and altered. They had kids of all age in the house from a 6 year old that lives there (was 4 at the time of adoption) to babysitting an 18 month old kid. They love car rides."

Here is Elsie --

"One is a black and white very prego pit bull, young under 2 years old.

During just about any day. Girls said looks like discharge coming out today.
"

"She was found sitting at the building in front of ours at their door on monday morning. So somebody dumped her off and left before any of the people came to their work or ours. We share the same driveway. So they got her to follow them to the shelter by feeding her cookies. Very sweet dog.

So no clue on the dad."

"Gangster (behind the fence) is a male stray, does not seem to mind other dogs coming up to his kennel nor did not mind meeting others on leash, and loves people. under 2 years old. not vetted at all."

"If you can help with any of these dogs or know of a good rescue who can help me, please let me know. We just put down two dogs today for space and only have 2 large breed dog kennels open. And I hate to say it but these guys are on the list along with a few hounds and shepherds.

Please let me know if you can help."

Well, this certainly isn't the happiest of situations --

-- but YOU can change that -- !!

If you're interested in any of these loves, let us know by filling out an adoption application, and we'll go from there!

Little Elsie will not be adopted out pregnant; instead, she will be adopted out after she's done with momma-duty -- spayed!
