SPBR was called by Coll and Dave on 15 July 2012 -- Coll's pit bulls had a litter, and the momma dog became vicious in trying to protect her babies from the family. After multiple attempts at re-introducing the momma pup to her babies, Coll thought surrendering the babies to rescue would be best for their survival, since nobody could care for the litter with momma dog on guard!! Tara fostered the babies for their first week, and then they went to rural Ohio, where the SPCA had momma Julia, who gave birth to only ONE baby -- well, now Julia has 10 -- yes TEN -- babies!!
