Nicala came to SPBR through a local veterinarian, who was slated to euthanize her, since she killed the neighbor's cat. Dr. Reilly called me and said, "I have a senior pit bull who is a great girl -- and I don't want to euthanize her -- can you help?" I said "SURE", and the rest is history! Nicala was adopted by Maria in Buffalo , NY and she makes frequent visits to Uncle Frank's house. Frank's wife of many years passed recently, so Nicala has given Frank a much needed reason to smile!
