What that means is that SPBR is eligible for a grant from Chase for our rescuing endeavors --

-- what might those endeavors be? Vetting the neediest of pups in our rescue, buying dog food for our adulter "long-time" fosters, and also allowing SPBR to branch out and help MORE dogs through having folks fostering pups, who don't otherwise have the money to make the fostering commitment.
