Piglet is bloated..

I noticed Piglet wasn't eating his breakfast Friday morning and gave him a closer look. His stomach looked bloated, so off the the vet we went...

The vet said Piggers appears healthy, with a good temp, heart-rate and respiration -- she took an x-ray of him and found a lot of food in his belly -- most likely from overeating -- !! --

-- she gave him subcutaneous fluids, to try and get things moving, plus some Nutri-cal -- we'll watch him through the day and see how he does --

-- please keep your thoughts with little Pig today...

Friday evening update: Well, Piggers is back to his old self -- he is eating again on his own, and he is back to his old ways stomping around and letting out little roars -- GOOD WORK PIGGER!

The vet-office visit was totally appropriate, seeing that bloat and puppies can be a deadly combination -- though we forgot how easy it was to spend $150 -- !! Piglet is worth that and much more -- :)
