Well, it looks as though little Domino has turned the corner. He is the runt of the litter, and two Saturdays ago, the vet said he had a 50% chance of survival -- not under my watch you don't!
I stayed up that Saturday night, feeding the little man with a syringe every two hours, and keeping him in a heating blanket. His temperature wouldn't go over 99F, and it's supposed to be around 102.
Sunday went a little better, with him eating all he could -- usually 30cc's every 2 hours. My Dad came from Buffalo for Monday and Tuesday (THANKS DAD!) to help feed the little man.
About last Saturday, little Dom had regained enough strength to eat from his momma again -- GOOD BOY, DOM! Here's that beautiful site -- |
